you acknowledge that YOU ARE INDEED a mental health professional, and:
1. You acknowledge that the name you used to register at www.ipsychotherapist.com
is your legal name and not someone else’s identity.
2. You agree that you are truthfully representing your credentials, including
degrees, licenses, expertise, scope of practice, etc.
3. You acknowledge that you meet the qualifications of your State/Country
to practice psychotherapy, counseling, or other mental-health related
services, including current licensing or/and certification.
4. You agree to adhere to your professional affiliation code of ethics
and that you have the training to render services within the scope of
practice you assert to have.
5. You agree not to cause undue harm to the emotional and physical wellbeing
of your clients.
6. You agree that the owners and employees of www.ipsychotherapist.com
are not liable for any misconduct that may transpire during your client-psychotherapist
relationship, or for any other allegation of unprofessional behavior
resulting from your psychotherapeutic/counseling-related services.
7. You agree that you and/or www.ipsychotherapist.com can decide to cancel
your membership without any advance notice or explanation.
When you click on the box that reads “I
acknowledge that I have read and agree with the terms of
use set by ipsychotherapist.com,” which is located
at the bottom of the registration form, you will be able
to complete your information and register as a mental health
professional at www.ipsychotherapist.com. You may also
opt to not click on that box, but your registration will
be voided.
